Hacken and the Telos Foundation are excited to announce a collaboration to elevate security standards within the Telos blockchain ecosystem. This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), leverages Hacken’s advanced Extractor monitoring system to provide real-time security for Telos EVM.
As part of our collaboration, we have already achieved Milestone 1: Telos Blockchain Ingestion and Milestone 2: Extractor Engine Integration.
Telos Layer-1 Blockchain has been successfully integrated with Extractor and now provides nearly identical functionality with other EVM-compatible Blockchains:
Let’s see how our post-deployment security solution already helps Telos with attack detection and prevention.
Extractor integrates with Telos Explorer to show Transaction details and automatically resolve ABI definition when a new contract is added:
At the transactional level, Extractor supports the following set of Telos transactional triggers:
The Dashboard demonstrates different functionality Smart Contracts under monitoring which you would usually find for large Web3 projects: Bridge, Staking Vault, Oracles, Governance Components, Token Contract.
Telos native token (TLOS) is represented on Ethereum as an ERC-20 Contract. Bridge functionality is integrated into the Token Contract and can be easily monitored with two triggers:
Extractor can provide comprehensive monitoring of transactional activities, including real-time alerts for various events and detailed insights into the transaction parameters.
This image shows the Extractor’s capability to monitor transaction details for bridging TLOS from Ethereum to Telos, utilizing LayerZero infrastructure. The low-severity alert provides specific parameters such as destination address, source address, chain ID, and the amount transferred.
Next on our roadmap is to add a new set of Compliance Detectors and Automatic Protection functionality.
Extractor is a partner of Forta Foundation and integrates Forta Attack Detector in a default subscription package. As soon as Forta adds support for the Telos network, it will be immediately available in Extractor as well.
Extractor is a post-deployment security solution developed by Hacken for real-time attack detection and prevention. It continuously monitors project contracts and addresses, checking every transaction against predefined interceptors and detectors. The platform’s Default Attack Detector alerts and triggers protection mechanisms upon detecting suspicious activities, ensuring robust defense against potential threats.
The Extractor platform offers comprehensive security solutions, including:
Telos is a high-performance EVM-compatible blockchain known for its zero-knowledge technology, massive scalability, and low latency. Some of Telos’ standout innovations include:
Telos has a global community of over 1000 developers and hosts over 100 decentralized applications, ranging from NFT platforms to DeFi and GameFi projects. Its robust ecosystem and innovative technological foundation make it a prime destination for blockchain developers and innovators.
This MOU marks a significant step forward in blockchain security, with Hacken and Telos Foundation leading the way. By leveraging advanced security technologies and collaborative efforts, this partnership aims to set new standards in the blockchain industry, ensuring a secure and compliant environment for all stakeholders.
